SPDR DoubleLine Short Duration Total Return Tactical ETF seeks to maximize current income with a dollar-weighted average effective duration between one and three years. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities of any credit quality. Fixed income securities in which the fund principally invests are defined as securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government or its agencies, instrumentalities or sponsored corporations; TIPS; municipal bonds (the fund may invest up to 20% of its portfolio in municipal bonds); asset-backed securities; etc.
