The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Clear Spin-off index. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the index. The index is comprised of approximately 40 U.S. stocks and ADRs. The universe includes companies that have been spun-off within that past two years. There are no limits on market capitalization. The index generally includes companies with less than a $10 billion market capitalization. The fund is nondiversified.
