The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of the Dynamic Mid Cap Growth Intellidex. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of mid-cap companies, and it normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the Mid Cap Growth Intellidex. The Intellidex is comprised of 75 U.S. mid-cap growth stocks selected principally on the basis of their capital appreciation potential as identified by the AMEX, the Intellidex provider.
