Nuveen Diversified Dividend & Income Fund is a closed-ended balanced mutual fund launched by Nuveen Asset Management. The fund is managed by NWQ Investment Management Company, LLC, Security Capital Research & Management Incorporated, Symphony Asset Management LLC, and Wellington Management Company LLP. It seeks to invest 50% of its corpus in equity and 50% in fixed income securities. The fund primarily invests in dividend-paying value stocks of companies across all capitalizations issued by U.S and non-U.S. companies. It also invests in securities issued by real estate companies.
