The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bank of New York MellonEuro-Pacific Select ADR index. The fund will invest at least 80% of assets in securities of issuers from developed Europe and Asia-Pacific countries that comprise the index. The index is an equal-weighted index comprised of issuers from developed international markets. The fund is nondiversified.
