I'd like to be able to have columns for the actual 52 week high price and the 52 week low price of each stock added to one of the screens so that we could export them into a spreadsheet.

The reason is that I like to see the actual percentage ranges of optionable stocks over a 52 week period (39,26 and 13 weeks would be nice as well... but 52 week at minimum).

Also, would there be any way to incorporate any implied volatility figures for options into the screens? ITM Put IV, ITM Call IV, ITM Mean IV etc? Maybe this would require another option screen page all on its own but I think that would be a good addition so we can compare Implied Volatility levels with historical volatility levels as well as stock price ranges over various periods... giving us better views of good option possibilities for straddles/strangles/put/call purchases etc.

So... any chance of putting the 52 wk high and 52 wk low price for each stock into the screener?

I think you can calculate those 52w high & low prices easily from the %difference vs. current close.
http://finviz.com/screener.ashx?v=172&ft=1&ta=1&p=d&r=1

Example: AAPL
close: 96.80
% vs. 52W High: -52.3%
% vs. 52W Low: +12.98%

52W High = 96.8 / (100%-52.3%) = 202.93
52W Low = 96.8 / (100%+12.98%) = 85.69

Fair enough yes... it's just a little more convenient to have a simple 52 week low and high price in downloadable columns so we don't have to go calculating those separately.

Also... there are a lot of "error" price bars which skew the actual 52 wk high and low prices for many stocks (something I've noticed from many data providers and on many sites... certainly not exclusive to FinViz.)
