I would like to be able to screen for all stocks with a cash/share filter.

I am looking for stocks with large cash positions, close to the current market price.

I would like to be able to find stocks which trade at 100% of the cash, or 90% in cash, etc ....

Example SCMR which is trading at $3.14 and has cash of $2.89 and a book value of $3.47

I want to find lots more stocks like this.

Hello anyone out there?

If you would find this feature useful, then you need to say so, otherwise the amazing folks at finviz will never implement it.

Come on people, vote with your comments and lets get this small change implemented.

Text in lower case and black, without emoticons, makes it more readable. It allows one to concentrate on the content. Thank you.

Ludo: I know it is easier to read without the highlighting. But I only changed it to get more attention to the feature request.

It should be a simple feature to add, but they will not add it unless heaps of people request it. So I will tone it down.

Hopefully more people will join me to request this.

i think enhancing the screener should be top priority and this would be a nice start. Applause

realtime quotes should be put on the back burner as numerous free sites already have this type of data available.

ShortBus,
Very good suggestion, lets just hope they are listening. They have been very responsive to suggestions in the past. This is a great site.

OK, SCMR dropped to below the cash value ($2.89), and obviously lots of people have realised this and bid it up. Trading from $2.40 to $3.05 while the rest of the market has gone down.

Now look at MOT. $3.18 cash per share, $6.71 Book per share. and a share price of about $4.80
This is not a recommendation, but just an example of stocks I want to find. I would not buy MOT right now anyway ... yet.

finviz, please make it easier for us to find these stocks.
