how about allowing all the data available on individual stocks to be available in the custom screener? being able to include info like: actual eps, previous close, actual dividend, etc would be quite useful.

to accommodate all these options you could setup your screener similar to value line's.

The advantage to this is that you can have an enormous number of available columns without creating a separate checkbox for each one. It also allows changing the column order in the "displayed columns" box.

my main point is similar to yours i think. i think that any data that is already available at finviz should be allowed in the custom screener. even if it makes no sense to filter on "earnings date" why exclude it from the available columns in the screener? leave it up to the user to make that decision. everything in one table is what i am after.

i only suggested making the column selection process similar to value line's. even with the current limited number of filters (60+), checkboxes are a tedious way of selecting from this many options.
